Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding. This next step in your love story is going to be a gorgeous celebration of your relationship and now you have that extra bit of something sparkly to weigh your hand down, you might need some help with planning.
Finding a team that has your back during your planning process, we think, makes the difference between a pleasurable or stressful run up to the big day. It is an honour to be part of anybody’s wedding and we always approach every wedding with respect, open communication and collaboration in mind.
We can help you with elegant, romantic wedding day flowers that convey your vision and your story together. All done during friendly and open conversations that give the opportunity to be creative and personalised. We also have some additional styling packages available that we can set up with your flowers should you be looking for some romantic details.

We only need a small amount of information to get the conversations started; wedding date, wedding venue, rough number of guests and an idea of your budget. Our minimum wedding spend is £1000 and our average spend is £2500-£3000. Once we have this information we will email you with a calendar invite to set up a call that is convenient to you.
This call is always such fun as we will discuss all the plans you have for your wedding. All the ideas that you may have seen from other weddings you have attended or inspiration you have found on Pinterest. Don’t worry though if you don’t feel like you know what you are looking for, we can help you with that as well. You would be surprised what a few questions can unearth…
After our chat, I will send you through a mood board and a quote and then you can decide if you would like to go ahead. If you would like to proceed then a non refundable deposit of 20% of your total wedding flowers will be required to secure your date. We will then send through a detailed breakdown for your records of your floral wedding plan and then we will be in touch each month with our couples newsletter, ‘Blooming weddings’ which is exclusively for couples who we are planning wedding flowers for.
2 months before your wedding we will be in touch again, if we have talked about a visit to your venue then this will usually happen around this time (unless in peak season), we will talk through and reconfirm the details of your floral plan. You have the opportunity at this point to make tweaks and add items. 6 weeks before the wedding final payment is due in full and any rental security deposits are also due.
